Film description: A film about the early days after World War II, mounted archived post-war newsreels as follows: the destroyed towns and villages in the Soviet Union, defeated the military equipment in the field of battle, the return of Soviet troops from the front; Victory Parade in Red Square, people rejoicing in the streets Moscow; enactment of the demobilization of seniors from the Red Army at the 12th session of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR 22 June 1945, broken down, and recovering the Dnieper hydroelectric station, the Stalingrad tractor plant, the Donbass and other economic projects, restores churches and a monument to the "1000 Anniversary" Russia in Novgorod, the first postwar locomotive "Victory" in the way; car "Victory" at the exhibition; concentration camp prisoners, prisoners of the Germans columns; G. Goering in the dock during the Nuremberg trials of Nazi war criminals, the representatives of participating countries founding the San Francisco Conference signed by the United Nations Charter; head of the victorious powers in World War II Stalin (USSR), Truman (United States ), Winston Churchill (United Kingdom) at the Berlin (Potsdam) Conference, the explosion of the atomic bomb in Hiroshima. The film also includes the filming of monuments in honor of soldiers killed during the war, interviews with Soviet Foreign Minister Andrei Gromyko of the Berlin Conference (synchronous) and memories of workers of the Leningrad Optical-Mechanical Association EP Andreeva, remaining after the war without shelter (synchronously).
