Annotation: The film concerns drug problems among drivers, their aftermath on the roads by the example of a specific road traffic accident. The film is shot by order of the Chief Administration of the State Automobile Inspectorate of the USSR Ministry of the Interior.

Film description: A film about drug addiction. In the streets of passing vehicles: bus, trolley, "Ambulance". The shattered car, the deceased woman. The driver, a drug addict, are along the corridor of judicial institutions. The cemetery, the funeral procession. Says narcologist. Yard substance abuse clinic.
